Where do we deliver?

Little People's Bedroom delivers only within Australia mainland and Tasmania.
 

Our Couriers

Little People's Bedroom uses a combination of road and air couriers to ensure your delivery is fast and affordable. 
 

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated depending of the total weight of the order and depending on your postcode.

They are shown on the product page, on the cart page and during the checkout process. 
 

Estimated Delivery Times

Orders are typically dispatched within 1-3 business days of the order being placed. Estimated delivery times from dispatch are 2 to 7 business days for Eastern States and 5 to 15 business days for Western States. Some orders may be transported by furniture removalist and may take a little bit longer to be delivered to you.

We will always do our best to deliver within the estimated timeframes but please note that Estimated Delivery Times are estimates only, and are not guaranteed.
 

PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers & Post Offices

Little People's Bedroom is unable to deliver furniture to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers or Post Offices.
 

Delivery to Remote Areas

If you live in a remote area of Australia and delivery is limited to your home address, our carriers will deliver your goods to the local depot or delivery location. If this is the case we will contact you in regards to collecting your goods from the nominated collection point. If you are concerned about this and not sure if you fall in one of these locations, contact us on 08 6102 2766. We will further assist you in understanding any restrictions that may be in place regarding delivery to your area.
 

Receiving Your Order

All orders must be signed for unless you have given specific Authority to Leave instructions. Please ensure there is someone available at the delivery address to sign for the delivery.
 

What if no one is available to sign for the delivery?

If you are not home to accept delivery our couriers will leave a calling card. If you receive a calling card you will need to call the relevant number and arrange another time for delivery. Additional charges may apply for subsequent delivery attempts, after the second one.
