We do not provide refund if you change your mind. Please, take time when making your choice.
Returning an item
If the item you purchased is faulty, does not match the description or is not fit for the purpose specified, we will gladly assist you in repairing, replacing or refunding the product. Please call us on 08 6102 2766 and have either your emailed order confirmation or packing slip for the product available to you. We will take your details and the item details and organise for them to be replaced or repaired.
If a refund is preferred, please make sure to have your order confirmation or packing slip handy. A refund will be applied to the card that was used to make the payment.
Many of the products that are sold on the Little People's Bedroom website come with a manufacturer's warranty. For additional information on the manufacturer's warranty for a specific product, please contact the manufacturer. Generally you will be able to find their contact details on the item packaging. However if you are unable to locate the contact details of the manufacturer please don’t hesitate to contact us and we will be happy to pass on their details.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing is more important than the safety of your children. To that end, we will gladly accept returns on recalled items. If you choose to return your item to us via calling 08 6102 2766, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment as long as the item is accompanied by your proof of purchase in the form of your emailed order confirmation, receipt or packing slip. No restocking fee will apply in the case of product recalls.
